Job Description

Turn your connections into income! SixTwo School Management System is hiring Relations Managers across Uganda to help schools digitize their campus operations. In this role, you will work within your own region to identify schools that need an all-in-one management platform and connect them with SixTwo.
This is a recurring commission-based opportunity where you earn UGX 40,000 per school, per term. The more schools you sign up and maintain, the higher your recurring income grows every term.
Key Responsibilities (How it works):
  • Identify Schools: Find primary or secondary schools within your local district/region that need a modern school management system.
  • Present SixTwo: Show school administrators the SixTwo dashboard, its features, and the administrative benefits it brings to their campus.
  • Onboard & Earn: Secure the school's registration to earn your commission of UGX 40,000 per school every term.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain a good relationship with your onboarded schools to ensure continuous recurring income.

What we're looking for

  • Skills: Computer / ICT literate with good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel within your designated local region or district.
  • Tools: Must own a functional Android smartphone to showcase dashboards and track performance.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently without close supervision.
  • Experience: Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus, but it is not strictly required.
  • Training: Free online training will be fully provided to all successful applicants to help you succeed.
